    Though it surprisingly doesn’t feel like it, the Yankees are actually in the midst of one of those prolonged winning streaks they’ve desperately needed to go on to stop treading water around the .500 mark. As I mentioned in last night’s recap, the Yankees have won 9 of their last 12 games going back to the series opener against Kansas City that may well represent the lowest point of their season thus far.
