A blister or bulla is a defense mechanism of the human body. Absolutely, its just disappointing becuase there was a thought this was over with.

Hell yeah: I'll take four or five Beckett starts with filthy (filthy in a good way) pitching followed by a game like this over the Beckett of 2006.

Beckett's stuff looked filthier today than ever before. Those curves he was snapping off were amazing.
